Hey Junkie!

We'll be back to work tomorrow early morning 830AM. There goes our weekends for the year. We need more rest! Oh Rin just came back 2 days ago.

She had PURE fun there! Oh man.......Fuckin' jealous! anyway 2 new coaches from Arsenal FC (UK) is here already! I wonder how they look like....According to Rin (she fetched them yesterday with John) that both not bad-looking. Way better than Daniel & Adam 'cos they're not too shy and are more outspoken!

Well, i think we can get along with them fast and will definitely have fun together! hehee.....

New Term starting tomorrow and both of us will have a hard time chasing parents for fees, attendances from the coaches, new students signing up, new trials, coaches' attitudes. OH WELL, in short, it's gonna be a hectic weekend for US!

Hey Junkie!

Ok it's already been 5 days since new year and here we are trying to wish people a HAPPY NEW YEAR! Hope we're not too late. LOL!

Ili went to party up in Clarke Quay while Rin is boogeying her last bit of 2008 in Sydney! damn!

Not much pictures for this post 'cos both Rin and I weren't partying up together lately.

Countdown was awesome! I went to party up with some friends and cousin at Attica and Fashion Bar. Was good. By the time my cousin and i had supper with her BF, she left me alone! crap!

I was thinking where shall I go. I went back to Attica and partied alone when some american dude came up to me and danced along! was FUN!

Rin will be coming back on the 7th and JSSL will start on the 10th of Jan this saturday!

Miss all the people there, colleagues and kids! can't wait to see all of them!

Oh and we will be in the National Stadium this Sat and Sun and if the pitch is not ready to be played yet, JSSL will still be playing in the Stadium for the 2nd week as well!

Wishing everyone a Jolly 2009 and may all of you achieve all your heart's desires this year.

Twilight was AWESOME

Hey Junkie!

Oh yea i went to watch the new movie Twilight, starring the hottie Robert Pattinson and the sweet Kristen Stewart with other good actors and actresses, last Saturday, 21st Dec '08. The whole storyline was good and the suspense was really impressive.

There's so much suspense, abit of romance, and a pinch of humor here and there during the movie. When Bella (Kristen Stewart) moved to her new place, everything there was so cold compared to Arizona. Edward (Pattinson) on the other hand had never talked to any human before until Bella was transferred to Forks High School, where it all began.

Oh, my favorite part of the movie was when Edward and Family (the Cullens) invited Bella to play baseball together when another group of vampires (The Tracker) came to actually attack them but then they decided to join in the game.

Suddenly, a gush of wind blew Bella and The Trackers could taste human blood.

James (The Tracker): "*sniffing in the air*...You brought a snack"

The Cullen immediately showed their 'Fangs' with the 'hissing' sound to protect Bella from being attacked! So the whole family rushed Bella back home and try their best to hide her somewhere until James is dead.

In this story the Cullens had to control their thirst for Bella's sweet blood, which was quite funny yet concern of them over Edward's GF.

Oh well, enough said. I was really excited and anxious over all the suspense during the movie. My cousin and I was like "oh man! run run!! hurry up! omg! my heart is thumping like crazy!" hahah!

Can't wait for the next sequel which will be in November 2009 most probably and it's called "New Moon".

Movie Rating is 4/5.

Oh yea, don't forget to bring your jacket.

Phuket was awesome!!!

Hey Junkie!

Phuket was amazing! Although there were protestations going on in Bangkok during that time, Phuket wasn’t involved and they were quite ‘well-behaved’ unlike Bangkok, haha! Both Rina and I flew to Phuket a day earlier because we need to settle the rooms, breakfasts, BBQ, transfers and etc. for the parents.

Touched down in Phuket Int’l Airport at 1005AM (local SG time). Reached Laguna Beach Resort and straightaway we checked into our room! It was freaking huge and DAMN comfy! After sorting out the prices and the hotel rooms etc, we went for a quick elephant ride! It was freaking fun!

Second day, went to fetch the group at Phuket Int’l Airport again, and this time, we were welcomed by the hundred smiles from the parents and the kids. So glad to see them! Hahah! It was really a long wait man! Took about an hour or so for all of them to clear from the immigration. It’s free-and easy on the first day! Had nice seafood at the nearby Tom Yam Goong Restaurant by the beach.

At night we went to have a taste of Phuket night life. Patong was the best place ever! They had ladyboy show, and they even stripped on the tables!

The best part was, this ‘lady’ she’s not that 'pretty' but she managed to shoo off the other ‘girls’ who were on the platform.

And then she started spanking her butt to show that she’s got hot booty.

Well, then some of the girls helped her to put 4 metal stools on the platform. We were thinking that she’s going to do a Rihanna dance or something.

But….she tried to show that she’s not only ‘feminine’ but also muscular by holding up all the 4 stools by her arms! Oh gosh! So ‘feminine’ side of hers!

Freaking hilarious!!!

We went to the nice clubs there. One of the most expensive clubs in Phuket was Seduction. Very nice club!

The ratio of whites in S’pore than Phuket is not even 1/3 of it. It was dam packed with ang mohs! ALL of them!

Oh babes, we didn’t manage to check out ClubLime which Luke Levy’s dad had been telling us.

Some of the U18 boys went to watch this ‘shower show’ thingy. There’s also ‘ping pong show’, ‘shower show’ etc. costs them about 500THB which in the end it’s not worth it at all. They said that it’s DISGUSTING! Hahah! Too bad, boys.

Oh yea, in the day we went to this British Int’l School for soccer matches.

The location of the school was a breathtaking view. Mountainous area and they have the most beautiful field that we have played on. They have like more than 5 fields. First day we had friendlies with them. The British boys weren’t that bad. The Youngest Player, Lester!

For the U18s, it was 2 all (I think, couldn’t remember)

And for the U14s, we won all the matches including against the Thai teams.

The second day, we had tournaments against them.

The Thai kids were superb, man! Don’t underestimate them by their height because they are super fast and very skillful! Each of them received a medal for themselves and the coach for the teams received a plague. Well done JSSL and the other Thai teams.

Oh well, shopping time! We went to Patong again to shop for shirts, souvenirs and whatever not.

Had some delicious, scrumptious meal at Cairo restaurant. They serve Arab food as well as Thai food. After dinner we had shisha to end our dinner with. Perfecto!

OTW back to our hotel, Fara was telling us ghost stories..ALL of her stories were freaking scary after which all the boys didn't dare to sleep in their own rooms! SO they came over to Our room with all the mattresses and pillows..FUNNY!

And thats when the TRUTH OR DARE game begins...

Our flight back was at 720PM Thai time (which is an hour behind S'pore). I was wishing that our flight back were all cancelled because of the demonstration in BKK that the flights were all stranded in Bangkok Int'l Airport! hahah!

The trip was a successful one and JSSL will definitely organize another one next year which is not confirmed where to but hopefully somewhere as fun as Phuket!

JSSL @ Marina Bay Floating Platform

First of all we’d like to welcome back all JSSL parents, kids and staffs from our amazing trip to Phuket, Thailand! It was a fun filled experience for each and every one of us.

The day before the both of us fly to Phuket a day earlier than the group, JSSL was very fortunate to have a chance to play soccer on the Marina Bay Floating Platform.

We were the first ever school to play on that Marina Bay Floating Platform!

The response was too overwhelming that it couldn’t fit into our picture!

Thousands of Singaporeans and foreigners watched us play during that night on 26th November 2008.

From the pictures, we can say that the kids really love the session be it from U5 to U18!

Well done JSSL!

Phuket here we come!!!!!

Hey Junkie!

The whole JSSL couldn't wait for the Phuket Trip! Rina and Ili are leaving for Phuket earlier. A day earlier specifically. That 1 day earlier means so much for us you know!

Firstly, BBAPS isn't coming along with us on the plane. They'll be with the main group on 28th November.

Rina and Ili will definitely have lots of fun and exploring to do on the first day. We'll do some 'fishing' there. Fish for cute, mature fishes. Then, hook them up with the bait, put them in the bucket, bring them over the fire to cook and enjoy the succulent meat and the sweetness of the meal!

Lobsters, Shrimps, Squids, Crabs, WHITE BOYS?? (whoops!) i mean White Tiger....no! i mean White scallops (hehe)

How do you feel Ili?

Ili: I feel so excited and really really can't wait for it! I could hear the beach Patong is calling me and the waves are pulling me into the blueish clear water.

Rina: I'm feeling excited too! I could feel the vibe. I'm going to get away from Singapore and leave all the hectic lifestyles, irritating phone calls, and annoying people that has made my life miserable!

Oh well, 8A.M meet at the airport, check-in, and hopefully we don't have to pay for the extra luggage weight! that's freaking ridiculous!

Ili has packed her clothings and all the stuffs. Rina is still thinking of what to bring and what to wear.

Volvo Ocean Race 08/09

Hey Junkie!

Have you heard of Volvo Ocean Race? No? Volvo is the safest car in the world. But that's not it. It is the Formula 1 of the sailing world!

Whitbread Round the World Race started in the 1970s and is now named as Volvo Ocean Race which is held once every 3 years.

And it is the first time in the 34 years history of the event that a Southeast-Asian country is included in the route, that is the Lion City, SINGAPORE!

Lets CONGRATULATE SINGAPORE of being the first southeast-asian country to host such a prestigious event in history. The fleet which is scheduled to stopover in Singapore in December 2008, will call at the resort Sentosa.

The teams for this season's race are:

They need volunteers to volunteer during the race stopover in Singapore. As for myself, i volunteered for General Administration and Race Village Operation Assistant. I have no idea which post i will get. The time that i have opted for will be during the weekdays from 6pm-10pm.

Really can't wait for the race! I'm very sure there'll be lots of fun and excitement!

The Contender Asia Season 2

Yodsaenklai The Contender Asia (1st Season)

Winner for Contender Asia 1st season was Yodsaenklai. He was the pure Contender and he deserved to win. Such a humble man, he loves his mother so much and will buy her a house when he wins The Contender. And Voila!

Yodsaenklai was renowned to be the 1st Contender Asia!

The Contender Asia Season 2 is coming up and Malaysia have won the bid to host the 2nd season. After thousands of viewers from around the world watched The Contender Asia 1st Season, the rate of people interested in Muay Thai grew from then on and it keeps growing day by day, week by week.

As for me, i could see that the sport is really interesting and it can help me in defending myself.

Let me start off first. EYE-CANDIES are basically easy on the eyes however, EYE-SORES will give you the worst and most painful itch ever which can last throughout a point of time when it will go away by itself.
Why do we need eye-candies??

Basically it keeps us excited and hyper throughout the whole tiring day at work. Somehow eye-sores will make us bitch more every minute, every second of the day (which we'll definitely bitch about it forever, until, like i said above, "..a point of time when it will go away by itself...") right?

Reason: Although he's the son of the boss, he became from a shy, 'heavy-mouthed' to a possessed boy. Stapling and Stamping are his favourite thang to do to annoy the admins. He sure won't fail to do that and won't buzz off till he's gone back home.

STAFFS: Allan Tham
Reason: Mr. Greedy. All he wants is food food food being served right under his nose. Other than being a non-motivational coach, he is definitely the quietest yet useless coach ever! Nice lunch is his favourite but the more you demand, you better watch what you're eating yea?

The Bangkok Trip

Hey Junkies,

First stop, is our trip to Bangkok on 7th March 2008 till 10th march 2008. It was JSSL-Arsenal Soccer School yearly trip to other countries to share the same interest as them that is, SOCCER.

The kids (U8s, U10s, U12s, U14s, and U18s) had so much fun! The schedule was;

~ Morning till Evening: Soccer friendlies with the thai kids

~ Evening till night: got back to hotel and prepare for our SHOPPING and dinner

~ Night till Wee hours: Party party and got back to hotel sleep for a couple of hours

I can list down for you the places which we went to shop for the best deals!

For no(1), they had the most delicious food there! we ordered so much and yet still couldn't finish up the food! Thanks to Qashidi's Dad who treated us for the meal! yum yum!

No(4) had the best stuffs ever to shop! i really regretted of not getting my hair braided there! crap! i will braid my hair when i go there again!

First Night we dined at Chao Praya River Cruise! It's got delicious food and all of us were dancing and enjoying the live band in there! U18s were crazy and for the first time ever, We got Our 2 directors to dance as well! hahah! Harvey and John were so funny dancing along with the music.
